Littorai Winery Dinner on Tuesday February 3 at 7pm

The Plumed Horse is ringing in 2015 by welcoming Ted Lemon, proprietor and winemaker of Littorai Wines. Ted and his wife, Heidi, founded Littorai Wines in 1993.

Littorai Wines is a small, family owned and operated winery producing world class vineyard designated Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the true north coast of California.

They derive their unique sustainable farming techniques from the fertile cross currents of permaculture, agro-ecology and the agricultural philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, the father of biodynamic farming.

The Littorai path flows from their dedication to producing wines of place, wines which reflect the genius of an individual site. The Littorai aesthetic is one of finesse, balance and length.

The evening will feature Chef Peter's cuisine paired with wines from LIttorai Wines.

The winemaker dinner will be held on Tuesday February 3 at 7pm.
