Skipstone & Entre Nous Winemaker Dinner on Wednesday October 22nd at 7 PM

The Plumed Horse is delighted to announce our next winemaker dinner, showcasing wines from Skipstone and Entre Nous. Both estates are dedicated to making superb wines which demonstrate the excellence of the vineyards. The wines are made by renowned Winemaker Philippe Melka.

The evening will feature hosts Fahri and Constance Diner, proprietors of Skipstone, and Joe Filippini, General Manager of Entre Nous.

The Skipstone 28 acre amphitheater shaped vineyard is tucked between two stunning hillsides in the mountains above Alexander Valley. They aspire to perfection in every aspect of wine growing and estate farming. The wines speak eloquently of their origin.

The Entre Nous vineyard is a 26-acre, organically farmed estate situated in Oakville—the appellation of some of Napa’s most sought after Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines are made with techniques to attain the purest possible expression of the fruit.

The evening will begin with Champagne reception followed by Chef Peter's cuisine paired with wines from Skipstone and Entre Nous Wines.

The winemaker dinner will be held on Wednesday October 22nd at 7pm.
